Ylang-Ylang essential oil is traditionally used to combat stress. It is thanks to its richness in monoterpene esters with antispasmodic effects that it calms the pain related to spasm often resulting from stress.

Ylang-ylang essential oil is one of the best for its effects on the nervous system, it is used to calm stress and tension, and fight depression or insomnia.

How to use ? 

  • Relaxing and balancing bath: mixed with a bath dispersant.
  • Depression, intellectual fatigue, overwork: Use 10 to 15 drops in an electric diffuser, by cycles of 10 minutes. In synergy with other essential oils (bergamot, lemon, cedar of the Atlas, petitgrain bigarade...).
  • Olfactory power: Particularly appreciated for its positive effects on the mood, promotes a feeling of well-being and serenity. In a mixture in an oily preparation to enjoy these benefits, apply locally a few drops on the solar plexus and inside of the wrists and breathe directly whenever you feel the need.
