Properties :
- Antispasmodic thanks to the acetate of linalyle, it promotes relaxation of muscles.
- Regulates the respiratory and cardiac systems with its active compounds (linalool, alpha-terpineol, linalyl acetate).
- Its anti-inflammatory components (linalyl acetate, linalol) reduce inflammation.
Uses :
- Muscle spasms and cramps, spasmodic pain, nervous stomach pain (stress), painful periods.
- Cardiovascular disorders: tachycardia, arrhythmia, hypertension, palpitations.
- Respiratory spasms: Spasmodic cough, asthma, respiratory oppression.
Synergies :
- Calming action on the breath: essential oils of Roman chamomile, Fine or true lavender, Ylang-ylang, Khella.
- Cough: essential oils of Cypress, Tarragon.
- Muscle comfort: essential oil of Rosemary camphor, Lavandin grosso.
- Muscle comfort or soothe spasms: add some drops in a massage recipe. Massage on the concerned areas.
- To calm the breath: add some drops in a massage recipe. Massage on the inner side of each wrist. Then, join both hands by covering the nose and take 3 slow deep inhales. Repeat every 2 minutes until total appeasement.

- Difficulty falling asleep, sleep disorders: Put a few drops of essential oil of Petitgrain bigarade directly on the pillow before bed.
- Relaxing bath: Blended into your dispersible bath preparation. Pour in the hot bath water. Breathe and relax.
- Stress, nervousness: In your oily preparation. Massage a few drops of your mixture along the spine.
- Emotional disorders, anxiety: Mixed in your oily preparation. Massage a few drops of your mixture on the solar plexus and on the inner side of the wrists. Breathe deeply while smelling the essential oil.
- Olfactory power: Provides a deep sense of soothing, comfort and reassurance : In a mixture in an oily preparation to enjoy these benefits, apply locally a few drops on the solar plexus and inside of the wrists and breathe directly whenever you feel the need.
