This was one of the most unique experiences I’ve had especially with customer service, I first discovered MAD ET LEN in berlin at Darklands and fell in love with a few fragrances: Terre Noir, Red Musk and Graphite. I then ordered it on the online website and one of the containers had an accident via shipping and they replaced it no problem, no cost. They made it easy and smooth and yeah I really love the quality and just how well the product is made. I was very impressed with the customer service and how they really go above and beyond what is expected.
